First, open Word, and immediately save your document as a blank 'Web Page'.

Then Insert a 1 column by 1 row table. This will be your web page's text box. It controls the width of the web page on myschoolonline. All other web page entries will be done within this box. Adjust the width of the table to 8 inches. Expand the depth of this table to make some working room. You may use 'Format', 'Borders and Shading' to add a border to this table if you want.

In your blank Word 'Web Page', Insert a table.

Make the table 1 column by 1 row.

Expand the width of the table to about 8 inches.

Put a border around this table using 'Format' and 'Bordes and Shading'.

Click on 'Box'. Select a color. Make the width about 2 1/4. Appy to: Table
